to List More and more domestic asset management companies and fund managers are joining the ranks to issue overseas products.
"In mainland China, a considerable number of fund managers are prepared to go offshore." Li Wei, the Executive Vice President of OP Investment Management (OPIM) said in a seminar of "Best Practice of PRC Hedge Funds Going Offshore " on October 22th in Shenzhen.
In fact, this year, rising channel fees through QDII also reflects the enthusiasm of domestic private equity and other institutions to go offshore.
Aiming to help clients to solve problems, OPIM spent nearly a year to modularize the offshore fund services and integrate them into a mature business model. "As the structure of Sunrise SPC (segregated portfolio company) obtained recognition from banks, we successfully helped several offshore fund managers to open bank accounts.” Li said.
