Investment Strategies

Petrel Capital Greater China Fund invests primarily in equities of Greater China listed companies. We deploy a rigorous, deep-dive research process to identify small and mid cap stocks with solid fundamentals that are under-covered by sell-side research. Our vision is to become a world-class investment firm by building an innovative and sustainable investing platform.

Yifan Chen

Ms. Yifan Chen is the Managing Director of Petrel Capital Greater China Fund. Ms. Chen previously worked as a senior investment analyst for Greater China Strategies at Oasis Management. Prior to joining Oasis, Ms. Chen worked at KPMG Risk Consulting in Hong Kong, mainly providing pre-listing due diligence and risk management consulting services for clients in the Greater China region.

 

Ms. Chen graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance). Ms. Chen received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale School of Management.
