Investment Objective

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation.

Investment Strategies

The Fund seeks to invest in global leaders in secular growth industries that have strong competitive edge and fair valuation. These industries include, but are not limited to, healthcare, consumer, platform technology, utilities and energy industries. The Fund mainly invests in listed equities. The Fund shall focus its investments primarily on the US market and other major international exchanges (such as the UK, Germany, Japan).

Portfolio Manager
Mr. Steve Chen

Mr. Chen has 20+ years of professional public market investing experience with strong expertise in the global healthcare sector. Before launching the Twin Summit Partner OFC, Mr. Chen was a Managing Director of HBM Partners, a multi-billion-dollar global healthcare focused hedge fund, and launched and acted as the lead Portfolio Manager of China Healthcare fund. He started his investment career in Barclays Capital New York and managed a large proprietary trading portfolio. He also worked in various large Chinese asset management firms and brokers in mainland China and Hong Kong. He uses bottom-up analysis and emphasizing margin of safety to do value investing, and combines fundamental analysis with quantitative methods for systematic idea generation and rigorous risk management.

Mr. Chen graduated with a M.S in biochemistry and molecular biology from Georgetown University and has obtained an MBA from Wharton Business School.
